Hey guys. This pic really caught my eye on explore today. I was very happy to see that the author had offered a tutorial on how to get the effect. You have to check out the original image and compare it to this one. You will see that this is some really great post-processing. If you are confused about any of the tutorial email me or make a comment, I tried it out already and got it to work.

I didn't underrstand it, mainly the few last steps.
